Greetings All:
Until now, my 300B met expectations. Yesterday, I blew the fuse and noticed a surge through the left 300B tube. Today, I replaced the fuse with the same result. This time the surge was through the left 274B tube. I've had no luck locating/contacting a Willsenton service facility. Any suggestion beyond switching tube amplifier brands?
I suspect a good guess to be the idea of you having a bad tube in there, specifically one of your 300B tubes (probably the left one), and you have sucked the life out of your left 274b with a dead short. (The Chinese 274B is a 5U4GÂ with "274B" stamped on it for marketing reasons.)
