Looking for some good looking test point hardware to incorporate in my 300B amp chassis. I would like to just insert the probe to test bias and for the finished product to look pleasing. Any suggestions?

Hello fellow solder slingers! I am trying to verify a statement made by a premium capacitor manufacturer. They state in their capacitor “Installation Notes” that when used in amplifiers, [a capacitor’s] outer foil should be connected towards the plate of first stage. I asked specifically about using their capacitor as a coupling cap in a 300B tube amp and they said “usually, the lowest impedance path to ground is the previous stage in an amp.” Do you guys think the cap manufacturer is right about the lowest impedance path to ground is the previous stage in an amp? I am thinking about the Budget 300B amp specifically.
